The company operates across Ethiopia and focuses on developing future professionals through structured training programs.
Position: Graduate Trainee Program
This is a one-year structured training program designed to prepare fresh graduates for future roles within the company. Trainees will gain hands-on experience across different departments, work on real business projects, and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.
What We Are Looking For
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- OR up to 2 years of work experience
Requirements:
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Teamwork and adaptability
Attitude:
- Open-minded, motivated, and resilient
