Position: Sales Promoter
Qualifications and Requirements
- BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 1+ year of relevant work experience, particularly in sales, customer service, or field-based commercial roles.
- Proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic, and English is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Proactive and able to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper management of the company’s fridge.
- Report promptly when fridge repair or maintenance is required.
- Support sales activities and customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and deliver expected results.
Important Note
The employment contract is not directly with Habesha Breweries. This is a junior sales position managed by a third party as a talent hub, which may provide opportunities for progression into larger sales roles within Habesha Breweries.
