AZ PLC has been engaged in the trading business in the Ethiopian market for more than 30 years. The company has recently embarked on establishing a steel tubes and profiles manufacturing plant in Addis Ababa, Nefas Silk-Lafto Sub-City, around Haile Garment.

1. Internal Auditor
Education
- BA Degree in Accounting.
Experience
- 3 or more years of direct work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

2. Senior Accountant
Education
- BA Degree in Accounting.
Experience
- 3 or more years of direct work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to perform payroll and tax-related duties.
- Knowledge of government compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform general accounting tasks.
- Ability to prepare timely and standard financial statements.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

3. Senior Cost Accountant
Education
- BA Degree in Accounting.
Experience and Skills
- 3 or more years of experience as a Cost Accountant.
- Ability to control inventory movement in the system and periodically reconcile it with physical counts.
- Proficiency in Peachtree and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Ability to accumulate and allocate costs.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.

4. Export Manager
Education
- Minimum BA/BSc in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Ethiopian commodity export business.
- At least 4 years of experience in coffee, oilseeds, and pulses export management.
- Minimum 3 years of coffee export experience is mandatory.
- Proven successful track record in sales and progressive career development.

5. General Manager
Education
- MSc/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metal Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA/BA in Management or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in the steel manufacturing business.
- Team-building skills.
- Decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Computer literacy.

6. Human Resource Officer
Education
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of direct work experience as a Human Resource Officer in a PLC.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of database management.

7. Executive Assistant & Secretary
Education
- BA Degree, university diploma, or equivalent in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Secretary.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
