The hospital is currently inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following position.
Position: OR Nurse / Clinical Nurse
Educational Qualification and Experience
- BSc in Nursing.
- Valid professional nursing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Certificate in BLS and ACLS training.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards.
- Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes or abnormalities.
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures and ensure all required pre-operative care is completed.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and comply with infection prevention and control standards.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by authorized healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Salary
Salary will be provided according to the company salary scale and is negotiable.
