Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English, History, Education, or related fields from a recognized university.
- Work Experience: 0 to 10 years (experience in online teaching or E-learning is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Amharic).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to create engaging, camera-ready lessons for diverse student groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and engaging online lessons for secondary school students.
- Integrate digital tools and real-world applications into teaching.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive online classroom environment.
- Collaborate with GlobeDock Academy’s growing EdTech platform team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Passionate about teaching and education impact.
- Confident in online/camera-facing teaching.
- Adaptable, creative, and eager to embrace digital education.
- Able to teach fluently in both English and Amharic.
