Position: Social Worker / Psychologist / Psychiatry Nurse
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatry Nursing, or a related field
- 0 years’ experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to Deborah Foundation’s mission and values

Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Patience, resilience, and dedication to serving children with disabilities
- Strong understanding of social and psychological support work
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions for children
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of beneficiaries
- Collaborate with team members to design integrated care plans addressing health and education needs
- Participate in outreach programs to raise awareness about disability and healthcare
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies
- Assist beneficiaries with registration, documentation, and reporting
- Perform additional duties as assigned by executives or supervisors
