Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts
- Post journal entries to the general ledger
- Collect and organize supporting documents for payment preparation
- Prepare payments, cheques, and manage petty cash
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Analyze balance sheets and ledger accounts
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Assist with finance and administrative tasks as required
- Prepare monthly government reports, including tax-related reports, and submit them on time
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial performance
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including payroll processing
- Conduct monthly and annual closings and account reconciliations
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and financial records

Position 3: Purchase Officer
Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Management, or a related field from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in purchasing
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing and procurement practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Goal-oriented and effective team player

Position 4: Property Administration Officer
Qualification
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, Accounting and Finance, Supply Management, or a related field from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in property administration
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update a master inventory list of all organizational assets
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate property renovations and upgrades
- Respond to emergency property-related situations and coordinate solutions

Position 5: Senior Purchase Officer
Qualification
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Management, or a related field from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in purchasing and supply chain management
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of vendor sourcing and procurement best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Good computer skills
- Goal-oriented and organized team player
