Position Summary: Junior HR Officer
Under the supervision of the HR department, the Junior HR Officer supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of human resource activities. The role involves close collaboration with the factory HR team and head office departments to ensure smooth HR operations, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience,
or - Diploma in a related field with a minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling HR activities
- Liaise with the factory HR department and follow up on HR-related communications
- Receive official memos from the factory, submit them to concerned departments, and follow up until closure
- Coordinate motor and other insurance matters with insurance companies and the factory
- Prepare and maintain follow-up reports on insurance cases and provide weekly updates
- Organize and maintain filing systems at the head office
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in collaboration with the secretary
- Support recruitment, vacancy announcement, appointment, and onboarding processes
- Assist in administering staff attendance, leave, and employee entitlements in line with company policy
