Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Security Service Officer
Minimum Qualification
- BA Degree in Policing, Economics, Management, Accounting, Military Science, or other related fields
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in planning for the timely deployment of security guards to client organizations in accordance with contractual agreements
- Assess the supply of security guards and report findings to the immediate supervisor
- Participate in the preparation of patrol programs for security supervisors in Addis Ababa
- Collect and summarize logistical supply requirements for security personnel in coordination with branch offices
- Follow up on the dispatch of materials to requesting branches
- Collect and compile reports from branch offices on security guards and submit summaries to authorized personnel
- Prepare periodic workforce and security personnel reports and submit them to supervisors and relevant government bodies
- Register, update, and follow up on leave records of security personnel
- Conduct studies and submit reports to support harmonious industrial relations among security staff, clients, and the company
- Ensure service delivery meets and exceeds customer needs and expectations
- Utilize resources in line with approved annual work plans and budgets
- Assist in identifying training needs and support the implementation of security training and HR development programs
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Position 2: Human Resource Officer
Minimum Qualification
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, of which at least 1 year must be at Job Grade 6
Required Competencies
- Basic knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
- Basic understanding of Ethiopian labor law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer application skills

Position 3: Senior Digital Marketing Officer
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years and above work experience in digital marketing
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Define campaign objectives, audience targeting strategies, and budget allocation to maximize return on investment
- Develop, test, and optimize advertising creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROI
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to increase website traffic and visibility
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot and Mailchimp
- Manage segmented mailing lists, automation workflows, and A/B testing strategies
- Track email marketing performance and align content with brand voice and customer journey stages
- Collaborate with developers to improve website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations
- Integrate landing pages with CRM systems for lead management and nurturing
- Stay updated on digital marketing tools, platforms, and algorithm changes
