Available Positions
Position 1: Call Center Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or help desk role is an advantage
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of financial services, microfinance products, or customer care principles
- Proficiency in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromo (verbal and written)
Key Skills
- Strong communication skills with a clear, polite, and professional phone manner
- Active listening and customer-focused problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle high call volumes
- Teamwork and collaboration across departments
- High level of confidentiality and data protection awareness

Position 2: Digital Loan Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in digital lending, microfinance, or banking operations
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Process and document digital loan applications with strong attention to detail
- Engage clients using social media and digital communication platforms
- Manage client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Analyze loan data and provide insights for process improvement
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
- Adapt quickly to new digital tools and technologies
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Position 3: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Qualifications and Experience
- Senior-level experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or revenue leadership roles within:
- Fintech
- Telecom
- Digital platforms
- Consumer finance or related sectors
Key Competencies
- Strong understanding of behavioral science, borrower psychology, and consumer decision-making
- Hands-on experience with funnel analytics, attribution models, and data-driven experimentation
- Proven ability to convert insights into measurable revenue growth
- Strong cross-functional leadership and execution capabilities
- Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach

Position 4: Loan Recovery Contact Person
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in credit control, loan administration, finance, or related roles
- Internship or trainee experience in a microfinance institution or financial organization is an advantage
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of credit policies, loan procedures, and repayment tracking
- Willingness to learn debt recovery and credit risk management practices
Key Skills
- Basic financial analysis and repayment schedule tracking
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Professional communication and client follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple loan accounts efficiently
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
