Position 1: CSO III – Accounts
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years at CSO I / CSO II level or equivalent
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers and manage customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
- Promote and sell bank products and services
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing accounts
- Process cash transactions and account services in line with bank policies
Duty Station: Shashemene Banking Center
Position 2: Banking Center Manager, Grade C
Educational Qualification
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years progressive banking experience
- At least 2 years in a Branch Manager role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall banking center operations
- Lead staff performance and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Drive business growth and customer acquisition
Duty Station: Gambela Banking Center
Position 3: Deputy Banking Center Manager II
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- At least 1 year as Deputy Banking Center Manager
OR - 2 years as CSO III – Accounts / CSO III – Cash or equivalent supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
- Support banking center operations and management
- Supervise customer service and cash operations
- Assist in staff supervision and performance monitoring
- Ensure service quality and regulatory compliance
