JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Telemarketer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: (0 – 2 years) Prior experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or candidate sourcing is a plus.
- Preferred candidates residing in Megenagna, Summit, Gerji, Bole, or near Goro ICT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn profile management.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently follow up with candidates.
- Comfortable working second shift (4 PM – 12 AM) (10:00 – 6:00(Midnight) Local time) and coordinating with international teams if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, track, and manage candidate applications across job portals (Dice, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Maintain and optimize company accounts on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Conduct follow-ups with job seekers to facilitate smooth communication.
- Engage with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Assist in recruitment-related telemarketing efforts, including outreach and initial screenings.
