JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Credit Analyst-II
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent two (2) years of relevant experience; of which one year as Credit relationship officer or Credit Analyst.
To enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio and the timeliness and effectiveness of credit decision making by reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of credit analysis report, and ensuring sound customer credit risk grading
Location: Jimma District Office
Position 2: Customer Service Supervisor-II
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years relevant work experience.
To supervises the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensures that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attends to the Bank’s prominent customers
Location: Gambella Branch
Position 3: Branch Manager III
Education & Experience: Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
