JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Electrician
-
- Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Position 2: Technician
-
- Responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment (Mechanical).
- Repair and maintain electronic equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic faults (Electronics).
- Provide technical support to users. Install and maintain computer systems and networks (IT).
Position 3: Production Supervisor
-
- Oversee and manage production operations.
- Ensure production targets are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Good English communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (Applicable to all positions)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. (Applicable to Production Supervisor)
- Knowledge of production planning and control techniques. (Applicable to Production Supervisor)
