Available Positions

1. Junior Sales Officer

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in a relevant field.

Experience

• 0 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide accurate information about the organization’s services and products.
• Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain sales records and prepare sales performance reports.

2. Junior Operations Officer

Qualification

• BA/BSc Degree with 0 years of experience, or
• College Diploma + TVET Level IV with 2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sorting, processing, and routing of mail and parcels.
• Maintain efficient mail processing procedures.
• Monitor mail processing equipment and report operational issues.
• Coordinate the distribution of mail and packages.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with national and international postal regulations.
