1. Junior Liaison Officer
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
2. HR Assistant (Law Graduate)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates may apply.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Ethiopian Labour Law.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Consultant – Organizational Structure Review
Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, or HR consulting.
- Proven experience conducting organizational restructuring assignments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
4. Senior Marketer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing.
5. Human Resource & Administration Manager
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 7–10 years of HR and Administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
