Position: Junior Sales Officer
Qualifications:
- Education: BA Degree in any field
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduate opportunity)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and updated information about Ethiopost’s services, products, and offerings.
- Support the sales team with presentations, proposals, quotations, and coordination of service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and analyzing performance data.
- Develop a solid understanding of Ethiopost’s products and services to communicate value propositions to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and support administrative sales processes.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors.
