Position 1: Junior Quality Control Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field (0 years of experience required)
- OR College Diploma + TVET Level IV with 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply quality control formats upon supervisor approval
- Monitor real-time logistics data for tracking domestic/international shipments
- Conduct quality assessments at multiple processing stages
- Document incidents, corrective actions, and quality performance reports
- Evaluate postal service delivery (lead time) based on KPIs
- Provide data-driven insights to improve service quality
Position 2: Agent Network Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Experience: Minimum 4 years in agency network management, sales, or marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and grow a vibrant, scalable agent network
- Define expansion strategies to reach untapped markets
- Lead agent onboarding, training, and compliance
- Monitor agent performance via KPIs and analytics
- Troubleshoot operational gaps and improve customer experience
- Draft SOPs and manage partner negotiations
- Support branch/regional teams with outreach tools and proposals
