Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)
Qualifications
- BA Degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum CGPA: 3.00
- Exit Exam required (Mandatory)
Experience
- No prior experience required
Requirements
- Age ≤ 30
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline banking services to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures

Position 2: Branch Manager Grade C
Qualifications
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years experience
OR - BA Degree with 8.5 years of banking experience
Experience Requirements
- At least:
- 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B
OR - 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
- 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B
