Position 1: Help Desk Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
Experience
- 2 years (for Social Science graduates)
- 0 years (for Natural Science graduates)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth operation

Qualification
- First or Second Degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Information Science, or Software Engineering
Experience
- Second Degree:

- 4 years (Social Science) or 2 years (Natural Science)
Responsibilities
- Manage system infrastructure and databases
- Ensure data security and system reliability
- Monitor and optimize system performance
