Cheshire Ethiopia is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to providing orthopedic and social rehabilitation services for children and young people with disabilities across Ethiopia.
Established in 1962 with support from Haile Selassie’s family and Leonard Cheshire, the organization plays a leading role in physical rehabilitation services, especially for children. It operates with a strong commitment to inclusion, care, and community impact.

Position 1: Junior Nurse
Qualifications:
- BSc or Diploma in Nursing
- Renewed professional license
Experience:
- 0–1 year (fresh graduates encouraged)
Employment Type: 2-year renewable contract

Position 2: Physiotherapist
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Physiotherapy
- Renewed professional license
Experience:
- 0–1 year
Employment Type: 2-year renewable contract

Salary: As per salary scale
Position 3: Ophthalmic Nurse
Qualifications:
- BSc/Diploma in Ophthalmic Nursing
- Renewed professional license
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in eye care
Employment Type: 2-year renewable contract
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per salary scale
Position 4: Cashier and Secretary
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Level III in Accounting
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: ETB 15,424
- Transport Allowance: ETB 500/month
- Medical Coverage: ETB 15,000/year
