Position: Branch Manager Grade C
Enat Bank is inviting qualified and experienced banking professionals to apply for the position of Branch Manager Grade C.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, supporting customer service excellence, and ensuring effective delivery of banking services in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Educational and Experience Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following educational and experience requirements:
For MA/MBA Degree Holders
Applicants with an MA or MBA in:
- Banking and Finance
- Accounting
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Management
- Or other related fields
must have:
- Male candidates: 6.5 years of relevant banking industry experience.
- Female candidates: 5.5 years of relevant banking industry experience.
For BA Degree Holders
Applicants with a BA degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields must have:
- Male candidates: 8.5 years of relevant banking industry experience.
- Female candidates: 7.5 years of relevant banking industry experience.
In addition to the required overall banking experience, candidates must have experience in one of the following positions:
- 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B, or
- 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
