Educational Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or a related academic field.
Experience:
- Previous experience supporting primary school, early childhood, or general classroom environments is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong instructional support skills.
- Patience and ability to work effectively with students.
- Good communication skills.
- Classroom management support skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and academic staff.

Position 2: High School & Primary School Teachers
Elon Academy is recruiting qualified teachers for primary and high school programs in the following subjects:
- English

Educational Requirements:
- B.Ed, M.Sc, or M.A. degree.
- The applicant’s degree must be directly relevant to the subject they are applying to teach.
Experience:
- Mid-level to senior-level teaching experience.
Required Skills:

- Modern teaching and pedagogical knowledge.

Position 3: Accountant
Elon Academy is seeking a qualified Accountant to support its financial and accounting operations.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and financial management.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations.
- Understanding of financial reporting principles.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
Location: Haya Hulet, Addis Ababa
Position 4: Head of Finance
Elon Academy is looking for an experienced finance professional to lead and oversee its financial management operations.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree such as MBA or MSc in Finance is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are strongly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior management position such as Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or Chief Accountant.
- Previous experience working in a K–12 school, college, or private educational institution is considered an advantage.
