- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree holders must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree holders must have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Principal position or equivalent or above is required.
