Key Responsibilities
The Call Center Operator will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting drivers and riders with inquiries
- Providing clear and accurate information about company services
- Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of calls
- Following company procedures and customer service standards
- Supporting the daily operations of the ride service
