Globe Motor Vehicle Manufacturing is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following positions.
Position 1: Gen-Z Social Media & Content Creator – Ethiopia
Ideal Candidate
- Age 20–25 years.
- Ethiopian citizen, preferably based in Addis Ababa.
- Highly active on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Confident, energetic, and engaging in front of the camera.
- Excellent spoken Amharic and good working knowledge of English.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian Gen-Z culture, humor, trends, music, and social media behavior.
- Comfortable appearing regularly in videos and becoming a recognizable face of the brand.
- Able to independently shoot good-quality videos using a smartphone.
- Able to edit videos using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Understanding of social media hooks, captions, trending formats, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Able to create day-to-day content without requiring a cameraman or editor.
- Genuine interest in cars, motorcycles, electric vehicles, mobility, technology, and youth culture.
- Willing to travel to dealers, customer locations, events, markets, and other business locations across Ethiopia.
- Creative, energetic, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
- Previous experience creating personal TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube content is an advantage.

Position 2: Telecaller – Ethiopia
Candidate Profile
- Preferably 22–30 years old.
- Based in Addis Ababa.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
- Patient and polite when dealing with customers.
- Good listening and questioning skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or sales is an advantage.
- Experience in automotive, mobility, motorcycle, three-wheeler, or EV businesses is an added advantage.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: EV After-Sales & Electrical/Electronic Executive
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles (EVs) is preferred.
- Practical experience with electrical and electronic systems.
- Experience using electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and electronic components.
- EV experience is a strong advantage.
- Automotive after-sales or service experience is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 4: Senior Sales Representative – Bajaj
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in automotive, motorcycles, three-wheelers, FMCG, or other sales-driven businesses is preferred.
