Available Positions
1. Digital Loan Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in digital lending, microfinance, or banking
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail in loan processing and documentation
- Ability to use social media and digital tools for client engagement
- Customer relationship management and communication skills
- Data analysis for loan performance and process improvement
- Teamwork and adaptability to new technologies
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
2. Executive Secretary and Office Administrator
Locations: Adama, Dire Dawa
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in business administration, management, or related fields
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications
- Facilitate internal and external communication
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Monitor office supplies and equipment
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Improve office procedures and efficiency
