Position Summary: EHS Officer
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates interested in environmental health and safety within a manufacturing or industrial setting. The role focuses on maintaining workplace safety standards and ensuring compliance with Ethiopian occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or higher in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
Experience:
- 0 years (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing environments and EHS concepts
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Occupational Safety and Health legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Confidence to address safety violations, even with senior staff
Languages:
- Amharic and English
