Available Positions
1. Team Leader – Digital Marketing
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related fields
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are an advantage
- Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience managing campaigns, media budgets, and digital channels
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries required
- Proven track record of campaign performance and ROI
2. Senior Team Leader – Product Marketing and Promotion
Location: Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product marketing or brand management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in financial services or FMCG sectors
- Proven success in launching and scaling financial products
