About Digaf Micro Credit Provider

Digaf Micro Credit Provider is a technology-based microfinance institution working to expand access to affordable digital financial services for low- and middle-income individuals.

The institution has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS) to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products.

By applying technology to financial services, Digaf aims to provide greater access to financial solutions for individuals in lower- and middle-income communities.

Position 1: Junior Legal Officer

The Junior Legal Officer will support the organization’s legal functions and help ensure that operations comply with applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• LLB Degree in Law.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian laws and court procedures.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional environment.

Position 2: HR Officer

The HR Officer is a full-time, office-based position responsible for supporting the organization’s Human Resources and recruitment functions.

This entry-level role provides an opportunity to contribute to recruitment, employee performance management, HR policy compliance, documentation, and people-management activities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The HR Officer will support:

• Recruitment and selection processes.
• Implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
• Compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Employee documentation and records management.
• HR analytics and reporting.
• Documentation control.
• People-management activities.
• Development of a positive workplace culture.

Position 3: Senior HR Officer

The Senior HR Officer will lead and oversee Human Resources and recruitment functions within Digaf Micro Credit Provider.

The position focuses on strengthening HR systems, improving recruitment processes, managing performance systems, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic workforce insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for:

• Leading and overseeing recruitment processes.
• Implementing and monitoring performance management systems.
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and applicable regulations.
• Supporting employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Promoting effective and ethical people-management practices.
• Leading HR analytics and reporting.
