Commercial Nominees PLC is currently inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following vacant positions.
Position 1: General Maintenance
Educational Qualification
- College Diploma or TVET Level IV in:
- General Mechanics
- Metal Technology
- Related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of buildings and supporting facilities.
- Conduct timely repairs and renovations of office buildings and equipment.
- Maintain electrical, water, sewage, and communication systems.
- Inspect facilities and identify damages requiring maintenance.
- Support property management activities under the supervision of the Team Leader – Property Management.
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Resource Officer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Management
- Accounting
- Other business-related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, including 1 year at Job Grade 6.
Required Competencies
- Basic knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
- Understanding of Ethiopian labor law.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer application skills.
Duty Station: Branch Office
Position 3: Branch Manager II
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have one of the following:
- Master’s Degree in:
- Economics
- Management
- Accounting
- Other business-related fields
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Economics
- Management
- Accounting
- Other business-related fields
Experience
- Master’s Degree holders: Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree holders: Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years of managerial experience.
Required Competencies
- Strong knowledge of business and financial management practices.
- Good understanding of company financial policies and regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer application skills.
