Position 1: Branch Casher I
- Education: BA or College Diploma Level IV in Accounting and Finance
- Experience: 2 years (BA) / 4 years (Diploma) as Junior Accountant in a financial institution
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Accountant I
- Education: BA or College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years (BA) / 2 years (Diploma) as Junior Accountant in a financial institution
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Customer Service Officer I
- Education: BA or College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (BA) / 4 years (Diploma) as Junior Customer Service Officer in a financial institution
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager I
- Education: MA/BA in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years (MA) / 4 years (BA), including at least 1–2 years in a (sub) Branch Manager role within a financial institution
- Location: Addis Ababa
