Position 1: Attorney
Location: Agaro Branch
Minimum Qualifications:
- LLB Degree in Law (Business Law preferred) or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience, including 1 year as a Junior Attorney or equivalent role
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal risks
- Represent the bank in court proceedings as needed
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders
Position 2: Manager, Risk and Compliance
Locations: Agaro & Wollo Kombolcha Branches
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years in a senior officer or team leader role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead risk assessments, compliance audits, and mitigation planning
- Ensure alignment with national banking regulations
- Oversee branch compliance with operational, financial, and ethical standards
- Train and monitor staff on risk and compliance procedures
