About NEBE
The National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) is an independent constitutional body tasked with organizing and overseeing elections across Ethiopia. Established under Article 102 of the FDRE Constitution, NEBE has led multiple national and local elections and referendums across its regional and federal offices. Since its reform in 2019 through Proclamation No. 1133/2019, NEBE has undergone a major transformation aimed at ensuring electoral transparency, technological advancement, and institutional professionalism.

1. Call Center / Help Desk Officer
Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, IT, Software or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic troubleshooting of hardware/software, networks, and OS (Windows/macOS)
- Remote desktop tool proficiency (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Typing speed: 30+ WPM with high accuracy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and patience in customer service interactions
- Multitasking ability (logging calls, managing tickets)

2. Reporting and Analytics Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Software or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics/reporting roles
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Advanced SQL, query optimization, and scripting (Python, R, Bash)
- Familiarity with ETL workflows, data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Git, Agile/Scrum
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Exposure to real-time analytics (Kafka, Spark Streaming)
- Understanding of data governance and compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
