Available Job Positions
Position 1: IMS Document & Database Administrator
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure system documents are up to date and properly maintained
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents
- Conduct regular document reviews and audits
- Organize and manage documentation accurately
- Prepare reports and maintain document databases
- Work collaboratively with internal teams
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent typing and report-writing ability
- High attention to detail
- Fluency in English (reading and writing)
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: System Administrator
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BIS, MIS, or related fields
- Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience managing server environments
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of operating systems and server management
- In-depth understanding of cloud computing, clustering, and virtualization
- Familiarity with TCP/IP and network protocols
- Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS) and directory services (Active Directory)
- Experience in system planning, security principles, and software management best practices
Core Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Key Accounts Sales Representative
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Statistics, IT, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–4 years relevant experience in sales operations, sales administration, or sales analysis
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of sales operations
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Field sales experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent command of English and Amharic (spoken and written)
