Position 1: Recovery Wreck Yard Officer I
Job Grade: VI
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office & Recovery Wreck Yard)
Educational Qualification:
- BA Degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized institution.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Recovery Officer or Wreck Yard Officer.
Special Requirement:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Core Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High coordination ability and proactive mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to improve standards and performance through good practices
Salary & Benefits: As per the company salary scale.
Position 2: Claim Inspector II
Job Grade: VII
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office & Recovery Wreck Yard)
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Automotive Engineering or related technical fields.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, including at least 2 consecutive years as Claim Inspector I, Police Accident Investigator, or related roles.
Special Requirement:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and proactive work attitude
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to maintain and improve operational standards

Position 3 & 4: Engineering Officer II
Job Grade: VII
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office & Recovery Wreck Yard)
Educational Qualification:
- BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields from a recognized institution.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, including 2 consecutive years as Engineering Officer I.
Special Requirement:
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset

Position 5: Senior Executive Secretary
Job Grade: IX
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office)
Educational Qualification:
- BA/BSc/MA/MSc Degree in Management, Secretarial Science & Office Management, Computer Science, or related fields from a recognized institution.
Work Experience:
- BA/BSc holders: Minimum of 8 years’ experience, with at least 6 years as an Executive Secretary
- MA/MSc holders: Minimum of 6 years’ experience, with at least 4 years as an Executive Secretary
Special Requirement:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
