Available Job Positions
Position 1: CSO III – Accounts
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years at CSO I/II level or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers and manage customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Sell banking products and services
- Acquire new customers and manage account opening
- Process cash transactions and maintain customer accounts according to bank policies
Duty Station:
- Shashemene Banking Center
- Bale Robe Banking Center
Position 2: Banking Center Manager – Grade C
Education Requirement:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years progressive banking experience
- At least 2 years as a Branch Manager
Duty Station:
- Gambela Banking Center
Position 3: Deputy Banking Center Manager II
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- 1 year as Deputy Banking Center Manager, or
- 2 years as CSO III – Accounts / CSO III – Cash or equivalent supervisory role
Duty Station:
- Gambela Banking Center
- Bale Robe Banking Center
Position 4: Senior IT and System Auditor
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related fields
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years as IT Auditor or equivalent
Duty Station:
- Addis Ababa
