Position 1: Sales Invoice Administrator (OTC)
Education Requirements
- BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role or related activities
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Invoice Administrator is responsible for managing the full order-to-cash cycle. This includes accurate order entry, invoicing, payment allocation, and supporting financial reporting. The role requires precision, strong ERP knowledge, and effective cross-departmental communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order-to-cash process from order receipt to cash collection
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Generate invoices for in-kind promotions and agent incentives based on approved documentation
- Allocate payments for invoiced sales in the ERP system
- Record accurate customer payments in the ERP system
- Support reporting and reconciliation activities
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Area Sales Manager
Education Requirements
- MA Degree or BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields
Experience
- 6 years of experience for MA holders or 8 years for BA holders in Sales and Distribution or similar fields
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
Purpose of the Role
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales operations in a designated geographic area, implementing sales strategy, overseeing agent development, and achieving volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop area sales plans aligned with regional sales management strategies
- Conduct routine visits to agents and priority outlets; prepare visit reports
- Drive sales volumes to meet regional targets
- Handle objections and resolve complaints from agents or outlets
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and accessibility across assigned outlets
