Position: Export Sales Officer
Education:
- BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Purchase and Supplies Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in export sales or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire export process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs officials for timely delivery of consignments.
- Maintain accurate records of export documentation, invoices, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on export performance, including sales volumes, shipping status, and compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and sales teams to meet customer requirements and business targets.
- Stay updated on international trade laws, tariffs, and market developments to mitigate risks and identify new opportunities.
