The institution is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join its team in various positions.
Vacancy Positions
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Minimum TVET Diploma (10+3 or Level III/IV), College Diploma, or BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, Cooperatives, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Microfinance or Banking.
- Strong initiative, perseverance, and team motivation skills.
- Good knowledge of financial and economic topics.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Computer literacy desirable.
- Local language knowledge required.
Place of Work: Branch Offices in Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Accountant I
Qualification & Skills Required:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting (Chartered Accountant is an advantage).
- Mandatory: Basic Computer Training Certificate.
- 2 years of experience for BA or 4 years for Diploma holders, preferably in Microfinance or Banking.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sun Systems, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong sense of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and train staff.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Place of Work: Branch Offices in Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager “D”
Qualification & Skills Required:
- University Degree/Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Related experience: 4 years for BA holders or 6 years for Diploma holders.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Financial planning and basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication and marketing skills.
- Motor bicycle driving skill and license required.
Place of Work:
- New Branches under Central East Regional Office (Sodo & surrounding areas)
- CN Regional Operation (Addis Ababa area)
- North Regional Operation Office (Debre Birhan)
