Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of banking operations experience

2.Senior Banking Business Officer
Requirements:
- BA Degree in business-related fields
- 3 years banking experience, including 2 years as a branch officer
Core Competencies:
- Branch Operations & Service Excellence
- IFB Product Expertise
- Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Local language knowledge is a plus
Locations: Chagni, Buluhora, Addis Ababa
3.Branch Manager
Requirements:
- BA Degree in business-related fields
- 5 years banking experience, with 2 years in a senior/managerial role
Core Competencies:
- Branch Leadership & Staff Management

- Risk Management & Internal Control
- IFB Knowledge & Core Banking System Familiarity

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
