Open Positions
Position 1: Branding Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Experience Level: Junior to Mid-level
Education:
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in branding or marketing environments
Key Responsibilities
- Protect the company’s intellectual property through consistent co-branding
- Manage visual standards for RIDE’s brand across co-branded vehicles
- Onboard drivers as brand agents and communicate branding guidelines
- Track project progress and financials with accurate reporting
- Strengthen partner relationships and ensure smooth co-branding execution
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and schedule fee payments for drivers
- Maintain confidentiality protocols and ensure data security compliance
Skills Required
- Excellent communication in English & Amharic
- Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Knowledge of branding principles and IP protection
Position 2: Sales Executive – Electric Vehicles (EV)
Location: Addis Ababa
Education: BA Degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience; automotive/EV industry is a plus
License: Valid Driver’s License required
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through EV models, pricing, features, and benefits
- Support customers with financing plans and purchase processes
- Use CRM systems to track leads and update sales pipelines
- Organize promotional events and EV awareness campaigns
- Facilitate test drives and ensure a top-tier customer experience
- Liaise with dealerships and financing institutions
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge or interest in EVs
- Sales-driven and team-oriented personality
Position 3: Senior Procurement Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related
- Master’s degree preferred
Experience: - 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management
- Managerial experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategy and supplier management
- Monitor supply chain efficiency and risk mitigation
- Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure compliance
- Support budgeting, cost analysis, and inventory control
- Align procurement goals with company objectives
Skills Required
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with sourcing in the technology or mobility sectors is a plus
