Position: Customer Service Executive – II (CSE-II)
Qualifications
- BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in banking operations (CSO, CSR, CSE, or similar positions)
Purpose of the Job
- Enhance customer satisfaction by handling front-line banking services with efficiency
- Contribute to branch resource mobilization by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services
