The company recently began operations at Kilinto Industrial Park in Ethiopia. The launch was attended by key government and diplomatic representatives, including the Indian Ambassador to Ethiopia, the State Minister for Health, and officials from the Industrial Parks Development Corporation and the Federal Investment Commission.
Available Positions
1. Accountant (Fresh Graduate Encouraged)
Qualifications
- BA Degree or Level 4 COC in Accounting from a recognized university or TVET college
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong analytical, communication, observational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and monthly/yearly reports
- Maintain general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with annual audit preparations and budget development
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and handle tax, WHT, and pension

2. HR and Admin Assistant
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Management, or related fields
- Detail-oriented and proactive
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll, and HR documentation
- Assist in office management, correspondence, and filing
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events
- Support compliance with company policies and legal regulations

3. Junior Software Developer / IT Support / Computer Science Fresh Graduate
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Year of graduation: 2024 or 2025
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in software development, testing, and IT support
- Participate in system analysis, documentation, and ongoing projects
- Work closely with senior developers and IT team
