1. Gym Receptionist
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members and visitors professionally
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings
- Manage membership registration, renewals, and payments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide information on gym facilities, classes, and promotions
- Support administrative tasks assigned by the Gym Manager
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Computer literacy (MS Office and basic booking/payment software)
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Professional appearance and punctuality

2. Driver
Qualifications
- Valid Cargo 2 driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience
