Position 1: Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Qualification
- BA Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Project Management, or a related field of study.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in an officer position.
Purpose of the Job
The Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the bank’s monitoring and evaluation framework.
The position will ensure that strategic initiatives, operational plans, and key performance indicators are properly tracked, analyzed, and reported to support effective management decision-making.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Develop and oversee monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Track strategic initiatives and operational plans.
- Monitor organizational KPIs and performance indicators.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports.
- Provide accurate information to support management decision-making.
- Monitor progress against strategic and operational objectives.

Purpose of the Job
The Senior Strategy and Planning Officer will provide expertise in organizational performance management, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
The position will analyze and report the bank’s performance against various indicators to measure progress toward its strategic goals and ensure alignment with the bank’s vision and core objectives.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support strategic planning and organizational performance management.
- Monitor performance against strategic objectives.
- Analyze key performance indicators and organizational results.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Assess progress toward strategic goals.
- Support alignment between operational activities and strategic priorities.
- Provide analytical insights to improve organizational performance.

Qualification
