Position: Senior Officer, POS Services
Zemen Bank is seeking an experienced and technically capable professional to join its team as Senior Officer, POS Services.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring uninterrupted merchant services and efficient card banking operations. The position combines technical and operational responsibilities, including POS administration, Mastercard transaction processing, settlement activities, infrastructure configuration, and resolution of complex service requests.

Key Responsibilities
1. POS Services Administration
- Manage and support the full lifecycle of POS services.
- Ensure uninterrupted merchant POS operations.
- Monitor POS-related services and identify operational or technical problems.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of relevant POS infrastructure.
- Resolve complex user and merchant service requests.
2. Card and Transaction Processing
- Support Mastercard transaction processing activities.
- Process critical transaction files accurately and efficiently.
- Support transaction settlement workflows.
- Monitor transaction-related operational activities.
- Investigate and resolve transaction processing issues.
3. Technical Support and Problem Solving
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues affecting POS and card services.
- Analyze complex user requests and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve service interruptions.
- Support the stability and reliability of payment-related infrastructure.
4. Compliance and Service Management
- Ensure POS and card banking activities comply with applicable financial and operational standards.
- Support adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate and reliable transaction processing operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service efficiency and reliability.
Education Requirements
Applicants should have a:
- Bachelor’s or B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology.
- Computer Science.
- Computer Engineering.
- Software Engineering.
- Business Information Systems.
- Or another relevant field of study.
Experience Requirements
Candidates should have:
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience at Officer level or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in banking technology, POS services, card banking, payment systems, or transaction processing is an advantage.
