About Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C
Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C is a share company legally registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Micro-Financing Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and amendment proclamation No. 1164/2019. The institution obtained its business license on August 1, 2022 (License No. MFI/055/2022) and officially started operations on October 22, 2022.
Akufada Micro Finance was established to empower low- and middle-income communities by providing affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance services. The institution aims to play a key role in promoting financial inclusion and contributing to Ethiopia’s national economic development.

1. Accountant
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Microfinance or Banking.
Salary: 23,566 ETB
Workplace: Mojo Sub-Branch
2. Junior Procurement Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Material Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Microfinance or Banking.
Salary: 23,566 ETB
Workplace: Head Office
3. Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Microfinance or Banking.
Salary: 18,293 ETB
Workplace: Mojo Sub-Branch
4. Cashier
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Microfinance or other related fields.
Salary: 18,293 ETB
Workplace: Addis Ababa Area & Mojo Sub-Branch
5. Marketing & Communication Officer
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Marketing Communication, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Microfinance or Banking.
Salary: 26,629 ETB
Workplace: Head Office
