Work Experience

Job Summary
The Junior Fleet Dispatch Officer will coordinate daily truck movements, assign vehicles, monitor delivery progress, and ensure smooth transport operations. The role requires strong follow-up skills and close collaboration with drivers, mechanics, and operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and assign vehicles based on transport requests.
Monitor truck movements and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate dispatch and trip records.
Communicate with drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading.
Coordinate with maintenance and fuel teams when required.
Report operational issues to the division head.
