Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Loan Analysis and Relationship Officer
Number Required: Seven
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- No experience required
- One year of relevant finance industry experience is advantageous
Purpose of the Role
- Identify potential loan customers
- Process and follow up on credit requests
- Support loan disbursement and collection processes
- Monitor loan repayment performance
- Contribute to asset quality and profitability
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior IT Auditor
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- One year of relevant experience
Purpose of the Role
- Evaluate and appraise IT systems and controls
- Identify IT-related risks
- Support management decision-making through IT audit findings
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Expansion and Performance Officer
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Two years of relevant experience
Purpose of the Role
- Identify and develop new branch opportunities
- Lead branch expansion initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate performance of existing branches

Position 4: Data Analysis and Market Insight Officer
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
- Two years of relevant experience
Purpose of the Role
- Design and implement primary research projects
- Collect and analyze market and operational data
- Provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making
- Support operational excellence through data-driven recommendations

Position 5: Project and Change Management Officer
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Project Management, or related fields
- Two years of relevant experience
Purpose of the Role
- Manage organizational projects
- Support institutional change initiatives
- Improve internal processes and operational systems
